How to Enter |
To receive one entry into the draw, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period: 1. Be the first 30 to purchase the new Icom ID-5200A from:
No separate entry fee applies. The ID-5200A must be purchased at its normal advertised or retail price, subject to any ordinary reseller pricing or discount. The entrant is responsible for any ordinary internet charges associated with accessing and submitting the warranty registration. |

First 30 Entries |
Only the first 30 valid warranty registrations received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into the prize draw. Successful registrants will receive an email confirming that their warranty registration has been received. Receipt of a warranty registration does not necessarily mean that the entry is valid. The Promoter may verify:
If an entry is found to be invalid, incomplete, duplicated or otherwise ineligible, it will not count towards the first 30 valid entries. The next valid registration received chronologically may then be included. The Promoter’s records will be used to determine the order in which entries were received. |

Entry Limit |
A maximum of one entry is permitted for each eligible ID-5200A purchased and validly registered. If an entrant purchases and registers more than one ID-5200A, the entrant may receive one entry for each separate eligible product purchased, subject to providing separate and valid proof of purchase for each product. Each product serial number may only be used once. |

Entry Restrictions |
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who satisfy the entry requirements in these Terms and Conditions. Employees, directors and officers of the Promoter, participating authorised resellers, and any agencies directly associated with the Promotion, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. For the purpose of this clause, “immediate family member” includes a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or household member. |

Prize Draw |
One winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries included among the first 30 valid entries. The draw will take place at 12:00 pm AEDT on 1 December 2026 at: Icom (Australia) Pty Ltd Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being drawn. The winner does not need to be present at the draw. An eligible representative of the Promoter will supervise the draw. |

Prize |
The winner will receive $500 Icom Australia Webstore credit. The total maximum prize pool is $500 inclusive of GST, where applicable. The store credit:
If the value of a purchase exceeds the available store-credit balance, the winner must pay the difference using an accepted payment method. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused balance remaining after expiry will be forfeited, subject to applicable law. The winner remains responsible for ensuring that any product purchased using the store credit is suitable for the winner’s purposes and that the winner holds any licence, qualification or approval required to operate that product. |

Winner Notification and Publication |
The provisional winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number supplied in their warranty registration within two business days after the draw. The winner’s first initial, surname and state or territory will be published on the promotion page on 4 December 2026 and will remain published for at least 28 days. The winner must provide any information reasonably required by the Promoter to confirm eligibility before the prize is awarded. |

Claiming the Prize |
The winner must respond to the Promoter and complete any required verification by 5:00 pm AEDT on 4 February 2027. The prize will be issued to the verified winner within 28 days after verification. The Promoter may issue the prize as a unique Webstore code, account credit or other equivalent method determined by the Promoter. The Promoter will provide reasonable instructions explaining how the credit can be redeemed. |

Unclaimed Prize Draw |
If the winner:
the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00 pm AEDT on 11 February 2027 at the same location and using the same method as the original draw. Any replacement winner will be notified in writing within two business days and their first initial, surname and state or territory will be published on 13 February 2027 at the promotion page for at least 28 days. |

Returns and Cancelled Purchases |
If an entrant returns the ID-5200A for a refund, cancels the purchase, receives a chargeback, or otherwise reverses the qualifying transaction before the prize is awarded, the corresponding entry may be declared invalid. This clause does not limit or exclude any rights the entrant has under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to faulty goods. |

Privacy |
The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to:
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter will not use an entrant’s personal information for unrelated marketing unless the entrant has separately consented or the use is otherwise permitted by law. Technical Problems |
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received because of a technical, communications or website failure outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. If an entrant believes a warranty registration was submitted successfully but did not receive confirmation, the entrant should contact the Promoter promptly and before the Promotion closes. Nothing in this clause limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. |

Changes, Suspension or Cancellation |
The Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it is reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including fraud, technical failure, unauthorised intervention, legal or regulatory requirements, or an event that prevents the Promotion from being conducted fairly.

Relevant State(s) |
Entry is open to Australian residents who are located in Australia at the time of entry. Residents of the Pacific Islands, New Zealand, and all other locations outside Australia are excluded from the Promotion. |

Liability and Consumer Rights |
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Subject to those non-excludable rights, the Promoter is not responsible for loss caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax consequences arising from acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants should obtain independent taxation advice where required. |

Decisions and Disputes |
The Promoter’s decisions concerning entry verification, the conduct of the draw and administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law. Any complaint concerning the Promotion should first be submitted to the Promoter using the contact details in clause 1. The Promoter will consider and respond to complaints within a reasonable period. |

Governing Law |
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts competent to hear appeals from them. Nothing in this clause prevents an entrant from exercising any rights available under the laws applying in the entrant’s state or territory of residence. |
